Don't even bother trying to do a walk-in here. If you do, plan to come early, and to wait for a couple hours, or more. I tried to do a walk-in once - never again.
I have otherwise always made appointments and have been seen within ~15 minutes of my appointment time. The phlebotomists have always been friendly and professional.

Just yesterday March 13, 2026, my underage daughter had an appointment I took her, only two workers but that wasn't the issue. Their was a young latino guy and a mid 20's african american woman. She took my daughter and I to the back just to tell me there was some new rule that my youngest couldn't be seen there, mind you that's the only place I take her for all blood work she denied to do the blood work and told me call your insurance Alameda alliance. I did ,they did a grievance said my daughter had all the right to be seen there no insurance issues and didn't know what the female was talking about a new rule. Waiting average is getting longer and less seats for patients to use. This way the best place to go to now I'm looking for else where to go.

Make an appointment! Says walk ins are welcome and never get to any of the walk ins. You're hit with the excuse of appointments come first even when there is no one but walk ins waiting.
They had multiple phlebotomists on staff. I arrived and only one was seeing patients. I put my name on the stand by list at 3pm.
I was number 3 on the list. The standby list was not touched. The other phlebotomist came out at 4:20pm to let us know that we wouldn’t be seen. Just say you don’t service standbys.
I heard them in the back talking and giggling. They were not trying to service the patients in the lobby. They had no intention to see patients even with appointments in a timely manner. Even the appointments had to wait. Simply because the other phlebotomists didn’t want to see patients. Someone from upper management needs to stop into this location. It’s crazy!
TLDR: This place SUCKS. Go to a different company or location if you can.
I see plenty of bad reviews already, but what's another one? The multi-billion dollar company will keep this place open with no changes, nor will they read the comments for longer than 3 seconds.
Anyways, don't even try coming here as a walk-in, you will be non-existent to the staff. I've waited for TWO HOURS now. There were 3 techs here today, and they collectively took one person about every 20-30 minutes, appointment or not (this is crazy). If you are a walk-in, even if there are ZERO people in line, you will NOT be seen. It's like they are intentionally waiting until the next person with an appointment 30 mins away comes just to serve them before you, and then the cycle never ends. They just sit at 0 people being served and play Clash Royale or stare at the wall until the next appointment comes in. I hear the staff talking and dilly-dallying in the back, as we speak. This is absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAYYYY!!!!
Update: the guy tech was really nice and good at his job. Shame I spent my whole morning here though.
