- DZDing Zhong3 days ago4.0Overall it is good, I just didn’t get it why the doctor had to tell me how good Trump was. I mean I was there only for a pair of new glasses obviously. Except for that, everything was okay, and other people were good and normal.

Dr. Lam was efficient and nice throughout the contact lens exam and prescribed me new contacts that were much more comfortable than before. Amy / Emelie helped me check in and purchase my contacts. She already had my insurance on file from just my contact info. She was kind and funny and very efficiently provided me the costs for the 3mo, 6mo, and 9mo options.

After my daughter was done, they decided to take another customer ahead of my son who had an appointment and was waiting the entire time. We waited an additional 20 minutes and left. One year later, we made the mistake of giving this place a second chance and made a new appointment. This time they reached out to us at the last minute to say the doctor is running late. Unfortunately, we already arrived when we received the message. Parking and traffic in Berkeley suck. It was a huge waste of our time.

He is so detailed with his work, I had a really great experience and felt like all my needs were taken care of. All of the ladies working in the front were so kind as well, this is my favorite optometrist as a student at Berkeley!
