Received terrible care for a migrane. The provider denied giving me IV fluids, which are standard practice for migranes treatment because of a carbon policy that they only give fluids to ‘serious medical emergencies’. An example they gave as a medical emergency is if someone was about to pass out. I asked her to review my chart because I have received fluids for migraine multiple times at this location before and have a history of fainting from migraines. It seemed she has not even looked at my chart bc she would have seen that documented history if she had. I advocated for myself with the locations manager enough that the RN then called the on call doctor and he approved the use. But because I made my appointment at 6pm and they only brought me back at 6:15pm and all the time it took to deem my medical needs as legitimate, they were not able to give me fluids after all because by the time they approved the fluids it was 6:45 and they did not have enough time before closing to give me the IV. All this to say this care was abismal. So now I get to go back in and get fluids the following day. As a disabled person still fighting the same migrane because of lack of care, going in a second time is a huge burden. I have to find someone to drive me. I will have advocate to not pay an additional co-pay. If I did not have years of practice advocating for myself in medical settings as a disabled person, I would have been completely turned away. My biggest concern is what if I was to go home and pass out. Or maybe I was a patient with an even more serious medical condition who was denied fluids and then went home and experienced fatal consequences. I am sharing this mostly for transparency so other people with migraines have the information about my experience and know it is common medical practice to offer fluids for acute migraine treatment. Carbon your blanket policies and inexperienced practitioners are harming patients.

I called and got an appointment the same day for a Medicare Wellness Visit. The receptionist was pleasant and thorough. Did not wait long to be called back. The MA was very friendly and skillful, VS, EKG, instructions! But Dr Pablo was amazing, sat with me over an hour reviewing meds, labs, history etc. I appreciate all so much for your excellent care and time!!! 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wasn't feeling good for almost 2 weeks with a cough, couldn't eat, swallow nothing. A friend told me I am taking you to the closer UC. We'll, that UC happened to be CARBON HEALTH. I entered in a super clean, nice ,quiet space. Everybody was nice, caring, fast, excellent manners..attention like they do really care...So, I do recommend Carbon health to those who wanted to be treated like they are home...thank you to all the staff....!

My husband, Donald S., had an appt scheduled online and the reason for the visit was given. After arriving, checking in, and paying the copay we sat for 5 minutes before a nurse came out and informed us that they could not perform the procedure we were there for. An hour of travel time and paperwork wasted while my husband was in pain the whole time. Unbelievable!! I would have given them zero stars if it was an option
