They stopped what they were working on and helped fill my medication immediately so I could not be in pain and able to sleep a bit! Spent 45min in Safeway and never got my prescription. Waited another 5min but had to pick up my son from school and had to leave. The attitude of the pharmacist when she saw me at 1:06 was unacceptable and rude.

On the website, it says that the refill is ready on the same day when you place your request. But they were never ready. To avoid waiting, Once I went there the 2nd day and had to wait at least 15 minutes again. This is bizarre. We tried Walgreens at ralston. They are super fast. If you have to wait 15-20 minutes at Safeway, please do try Walgreens. They text you when the medicine is ready. Then you be able to come and go quickly. No need to waste 15 minutes every time at Safeway especially when you are in rush and did your grocery shopping already.
