Wei and her team are very professional and attentive. My daughter and I are first timers and had a pass to Duet sessions. Wei is very patient and suggests helpful exercises that are tailored to our needs. During the process, she is very detail-oriented and explains what the exercises aim to achieve -- guiding us through various activities and adjusting as needed along the way, to make sure we get the most out of the session.

I’ve tried a few Pilates studios in the area, but CA Sculpt Pilates in Belmont is truly a hidden gem. Parking is super easy, and the studio itself is sparkly clean and welcoming. The small class size (up to 6 people) makes a big difference. There’s a personal feel to every session.
Instructor Wei is patient yet highly effective! She helped me learn new ways to approach Pilates that I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. Eva is such an incredible instructor. Her attention to each individual made it feel like a private session, even in a group class.
After just a month, I’m already seeing results and feeling stronger. Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for quality instruction, a supportive atmosphere, and real progress. Thank you, CA Sculpt Pilates!
