  The patient care is excellent but the waiting room office is creepy dirty. The door is black smudged. The floors and walls are dirty.

  Very friendly & quick! Great customer service! The office could be updated some but I didnt wait long enough to really care.

  The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very efficient. They’re check-in ahead of time is awesome and I am in and out of there and literally 5 to 10 minutes max. I won’t go anywhere else but quest on Highland Springs Ave., Banning

  The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and were not caring at all. The entire facility was dirty, with pieces of trash strewn on the floor, dust on the equipment and dirty furniture. My husband and I have complained about the cleanliness of this small facility several times, but nothing seems to be done to improve the problem!
