Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Amir was very helpful, and made the whole experience light and efficient. Great selection of frames and the staff took the time to answer my questions, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free.

Honestly I would give a 0 rating if I could. I have been going to Specsavers in Parkroyal for years; however, I had the worst experience ever today when I came in.
The person that was "helping" me, not only was watching the FIFA match during work hours, but also spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone. I was just trying to understand the difference between my contact lens and spectacle prescriptions.
I would recommend ensuring your staff are educated on costumer service before allowing them to interact with costumers. Hopefully, future interactions will be more appropriate.

My glasses first swapped to a frame that wasn’t the same I had ordered. I then had to come back and request a replacement with the frame I had asked for. They did that, but the lenses were wrong, and I couldn’t read properly. I booked an appointment with the optometrist, but when I arrived at the mall, they informed me that the doctor was unavailable. Since I had already requested a different frame, they said I couldn’t change the lenses again. They offered to cancel the appointment and give me the glasses they had, but I was so frustrated that I couldn’t do my office work without them. I came home feeling completely disappointed. They were very rude when I ask them to swap what I have originally ordered from the showroom and feels like they swap the frames to replicas but showcasing original.
