We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care

Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I’ve shopped at several Specsavers locations, but my experience at Park Royal was exceptional thanks to Parisa and Shahriar. Both were very professional, patient, and helpful. I’m quite picky when choosing frames, and they guided me through the process with so much patience and care. 😊

Very dissapointing experience at Specsavers Park Royal. No one wanted to help, ignored us the whole time even without any other customers in store. One girl literally sat on the chair on her phone and the other guy pretended to show glasses to his girlfriend as we were waiting on his help. When I asked the one employee that seemed to be more helpful, he just passed us on too. So we just left and walked over to Lenscrafters and gave them our business instead. Far cry from the other Specsavers I have been to. Will not be returning.

Last year they mix up my order for glasses. This year I thought I would give them a second chance . Big mistake !!! They apparently have a new system. Placed an order for new glasses and told about 10days no call so we called and I was asked to provide a receipt. So my response on the phone was why do I need to provide you a receipt? A new system and can find my order. After giving them the date and details of the purchase they tell me the order wasn’t placed because there was questions about my order but no one called me about these questions. So they asked me the outstanding questions and said they will now place the order. 10 more days . I don’t think so !!!! I asked for refund still waiting for refund and insurance refund. Would never suggest this location to anyone. Dr. Singh is amazing but the sales staff failed twice!!!
