- AMAtefeh MApr 28, 20261.0I am very concerned about the lack of care and mismanagement at this place. The receptionists don’t seem to know what they are doing, and seem not to be familiar with their own systems. They also appear very careless with poor customer service. I visited last September and did the OCT and visual field tests. After I visited the optometrist he noticed they had saved my results under someone else’s name and asked them to correct it. As I was done with exam they told me I had to do all the tests again because they can’t fix their mistake and I need to do it all over again, so I did, even though I was exhausted. I went back after seven months based on the doctor’s recommendation for another follow up. And this time they tell me they can’t find any records under my name and kept questioning if I were sure I had visited them before! So after having me repeat all the tests multiple times they still had failed to record the results! The optometrist dr Singh is nice and seems competent but I am never going back obviously and don’t recommend this place to anyone else. If you are concerned about the health of your eyes save yourself this headache. I have serious eye health concerns and the records are the most important thing to keep track of the progression of my condition, and I am frustrated by this mismanagement, lack of care, and taking people’s medical needs so lightly.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
