From the moment I stepped in, there was no one available to welcome or assist me, and I had to wait around 10 minutes just hoping someone would notice me and help with my issue. After that, I waited another 25 minutes just to process a return, which should have taken less than 5 minutes. When I asked about restarting the process for my insurance, all I was told was, “Call us back tomorrow.” On top of that, I felt pressured into getting another frame or another pair of glasses, even though I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a return. What is the point of offering a “30 Days Happiness” policy if customers are going to be forced into purchasing another pair of glasses from your store or another branch instead of simply being allowed to return them?
