  I had a hip replacement a few years ago and reached a plateau in my rehab and maintenance.StretchLab has been an amazing addition to my routine. With their help I’ve been able to make improvements quicker, that hold over time. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend visiting them for overall health but especially if you have a limitation that you need assistance with.

  "I’ve been coming to StretchLab since January 2025, and it has truly been a game-changer. These sessions have significantly improved my mobility and flexibility as I prepare for a hip replacement later this year. I now feel much more physically prepared for both the surgery and the recovery ahead. Highly recommend!"

  I had a great experience at stretch-lab! The space is comfortable, relaxing and quiet. The flexologist who worked with me is named Kwyn. She did a great job. She was very attentive and encouraging. I would come back to this stretch lab without hesitation.

  This was my first time using StretchLab and I would definitely do it again. Ally was very knowledgeable and struck the perfect balance in stretching me. Location was convenient and store was very clean and modern. A great experience!

  I had a very relaxing and efficient stretch from Leo. The immediate results were impressive: I could barely touch my toes before my stretch and got my palms halfway on the floor immediately after! Great addition to physical therapy for muscle strains and aches.
