  They have most things in stock but I am very tired of shouting through plexiglass. It was put up in 2020 as a covid measure and they haven't put back the their original barrier where I didn't have to shout. I have since moved my medications to another pharmacy, I don't need to feel frustrated when picking up my medication all because people can't hear each other.

  I'm totally fed-up with stores that put one price on the shelf, and another in the system so when the item is scanned it is a different price than what was displayed. If I scan the items myself, I always catch this, but if the clerk does it, I often miss it and don't notice until I get home. It's usually a small amount of money so the effort to get the refund is more trouble than it's worth. So I'm calling them out publicly. This has happened the last two times I've shopped at this Save-on branch. This time it was 10cents - on 1 item 15 times, so that's $1.50, last time it was about .75 cents on 1 item 3 times, so that's $2.25. It's just another way they nickle and dime us...pricing error inflation. Gad! For the record: I've stopped going to the Pandora St for branch because their floor manager announced in a loud voice that it was a supermarket not a public toilet, when I asked for access to the toilet (which was locked) AFTER paying for my groceries. Boggles the mind. There are many, many places to buy groceries in Victoria.

  I am always happy with how they have most of the meds in stock and the friendly pharmacy staff they have. I was just there to inquire about eye-drops. The lady who was helping me let me know that they are not in stock, which i feel is ok. However, i asked her something about the eye drops, she looked away into her computer screen and ignored me as i stood there for a short while. Sorry, that is not how you treat customers. Not doing me a favor by answering, that is the job of a pharmacist. Disappointed.
