Kunal Chakravarty at LensCrafters was amazing to work with. He was quick, efficient, and helped me choose the perfect Versace frames. He also got me promotional pricing on both the frames and lenses which I really appreciated. He was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service.

I initially went to LensCrafters to have new lenses installed in two sets of glasses - one used for distance, one for the computer. I walked away with a new set of frames + lenses. After wearing the new frames for a couple of days, the frames started giving me a headache. I returned the frames and asked for an exchange where new lenses were installed in my two sets of glasses. No questions were asked. The lenses were ordered and once they arrives, and over a two week period, I had new lenses in my glasses - distance and computer. The staff put up with my endless questions and explanations about what I wanted. They are an amazing staff who go above and beyond to ensure that the customer walks away with exactly what they wanted. No matter how many questions and explantions. Thankyou!!

Great experience at this eyeglass store! The staff were super friendly, patient, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The service was quick and professional, and they even gave us a free glasses case which was a really nice touch. You can tell they care about their customers and go the extra mile. Definitely recommend coming here if you need new glasses or great customer service!

I took my sunglasses in during Fall 2025 because the arms were little loose - they were only 1 year old Prada Sunnies. It is now April 2026 and still nobody has helped me.
The man that was working bent the whole frame and cracked my sunglasses in the middle by the nose.
After he said he wouldn’t fix them another person came over who touched my hair and face unprovoked and without my consent. While trying to convince me that my sunglasses were not cracked or bent.
The team refused to replace them.
I have emailed and called many times. Somehow the manager is never around to talk to me after months of me trying to have this resolved.
This is the worst customer service ever.
The old manager/ assistant manager were so much better.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
