While the staff appeared professional, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. On both visits, I felt that I was not given the same attention or assistance as other customers. It seemed as though staff were selective about whom they chose to help, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way I was looked at and assisted gave me the impression that assumptions were being made about whether I could afford the products, which was quite intimidating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and offered the same level of service regardless of appearance. I hope management will address this issue and ensure that all customers receive a welcoming and inclusive experience.
