I often come to the gym late in the evening very tired and not wanting to work out, but energy changes right at the reception where someone is smiling and welcoming you to gym and getting you fired for the workout. Shout out to everyone at reception and especially Prabh!! thank you

He brought a lot of variety to the workout and was very attentive to my previous injuries, making sure the exercises were both safe and challenging. The session was fun and engaging, with creative exercises and games. One of my favorites involved holding a plank while balancing on a BOSU ball and trying to keep a small ball in place, it made a difficult exercise much more enjoyable. Ty is also very knowledgeable and informative. He explained the exercises clearly and was able to answer my questions about training and nutrition in detail. Overall, the session was challenging, educational, and genuinely fun. I’d definitely recommend Ty to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive personal trainer.

Great staff from the front desk staff to the fitness trainers.The equipment, services, amenities and cleanliness of the place is very much appreciated and it has absolutely everything we need. Members seem more serious about their workouts than other gyms too which motivates everyone.
