  My experience with this gym has been disappointing, not because of the facility itself, but because of the way customer concerns and transparency were handled. I purchased personal training specifically to work with a trainer whose qualifications aligned with my medical and safety needs following a previous spinal surgery. Shortly after purchasing the package, I learned that the trainer would be leaving. When I requested a refund for the unused sessions, I was informed that training packages are not tied to specific trainers, despite this never being clearly explained during the sales process. What concerns me most is not simply the refund refusal, but the lack of transparency and the superficial way customer safety considerations were addressed afterward. In environments involving fitness, injuries, and physical rehabilitation, trainer qualifications matter. For some clients, choosing a trainer is not just a preference, but an important health and safety consideration. To be fair, management remained polite throughout the communication and offered a complimentary session with another trainer. However, this did not resolve the underlying concern regarding informed decision-making and customer trust. I hope the gym reflects on the importance of transparency, communication, and individualized consideration when selling personal training services, especially to clients with medical histories or physical limitations. My advice to future clients is to carefully read the full agreement before signing anything and to specifically ask to review all cancellation policies and conditions in advance. It is also important to clarify whether personal training packages are tied to a specific trainer or only to the gym generally before making a financial commitment.

  Best gym in Victoria! I’ve bee going to fitness world for 2.5 years now and love it. The staff are very friendly and the trainers are top tier. It’s a relaxed, unpretentious environment. The equipment is perfect, lots of variety - everything you need. They recently got new booty builder equipment which I haven’t seen at other gyms. Highly recommend!
