  customer service was excellent: highly attentive, authentic interaction, kind, funny, and helpful. i never felt rushed deciding. as for WB - appreciate affordability, quality (i’ve been supporting since 2014?) and charitable donations of glasses to those in need

  Do NOT buy glasses from this company. I went into the store last week to purchase two pairs of glasses and was mis-quoted by the workers as to how long the glasses would take to arrive so they could secure my purchase. I was told they would take 2 weeks at most, but that it would probably take less time (this was even written on my file). The glasses being completed this quick was my deciding factor in purchasing them because I am moving away for law school. I then received an email saying it would take 25 days for the glasses to arrive so I called customer support. They told me 2 weeks was impossible and said they could do expedited shipping as a compensation. 10 mins later the person back tracked and said expedited shipping to Canada was not possible. I finally gave up and just canceled my order. It felt like the workers took advantage of me because I look young. Better to just buy from Bailey Nelson, Ollie Quinn, or Kits eyewear in my opinion.

  Best customer service I have received. The staff are super friendly and always help out where they can. They continuously go above and beyond my expectations every time I visit to ensure I am taken care of. I look forward to stopping in each time, no matter what for. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

  Everything was top notch. Melina at the Vancouver branch was a super star, she was extremely patient with me as I tried EVERY frame at the store. She gave me her honest opinion on every frame and was very welcoming and kind. This is what a perfect sunglasses/eyeglasses shopping experience is like. The sales person who measured my eyeglasses placement and the sales person who adjusted my previously purchased frame were also extremely professional and sweet. Thank you Warby Parker for your superb frames and customer service!

  I accidentally bent my Warby Parker glasses while on vacation in Vancouver and was so relieved to find the only Warby Parker location in the city. Mehrak was incredibly helpful, and Mehrak had my glasses fixed in less than 10 minutes. They were badly bent, but he did an amazing job. They even gave me a complimentary case since I didn’t have one with me. I absolutely love my Warby Parker glasses, but what really stands out is their phenomenal customer service. I live in New Jersey: NYC area and we have may locations nearby but since warby Parker is not popular here, I was worried about getting them repaired while traveling. The team in Vancouver went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for the outstanding service!
