StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Yaletown offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Ive had a knot under my shoulder blade and shoulder pain for years and getting worse. One treatment solved it 90%. Ive been to ciro....8 times....massage 10 times and tried stretching myself daily for years. See photo. The treatment was gentle but got to places I couldn't ever get to myself. Ask for the very nice Korean gal...I forgot her name but she was great. Im a real customer and not paid in any way but I highly recommend it.
