  This place is just awful. I just spent $50.83 on product to make a SMALL amount of spinach salad for 8 people on Canada day. The store layout is terrible, the produce is miserable, as I got a moldy onion, wilted soft spinach, and a couple of bruised apples. I'm usually tripping over poorly laid out rugs to compensate for their leaky coolers, and broken down escalators. Nearly every time I go there, they are sold out of several basic items like ginger for example. Come to save on for weird looking overpriced meat, as you navigate pallet jacks left in isles, and miserable looking employees in the early morning. I suppose I'd be miserable too if I worked for the Westin family.

  The pharmacy staff is usually unpleasant and snappy. God forbid you have to ask a question, or you didn't hear something and they have to repeat it.

  My wife and I switched to Save On Pharmacy just a few years ago. Living in the neighborhood for over 30 yrs now our biggest regret was not switching earlier. Staff have always been friendly and professional. Always giving good advice and helping out when they can. Recently retired the transition of the medical plan was flawless. Thanks for the great work!

  Came in to drop off needles for insulin needles used for a cat. Pharmacist answered my question by saying sharps bin was only for injection that they provide. However, Pharmacist was rude. Communication skills need work. She wouldn’t last 5 seconds working for me or anyone of repute

  Ever since William left this pharmacy has gone completely downhill. They are constantly screwing things up for my partner and I am forever having to chase them around to fix their mistakes. Getting prescriptions wrong to getting personal information wrong. Not calling the right numbers regarding prescriptions and refills and allowing them to go a long time won't no info. Never checks faxes for new prescriptions coming through so I'm always having to call in and verify. Typically they have to call the doctor's office to get it re-faxed because the original prescription was lost. When they are delivered, the driver just hands them off to anyone without confirmation. And what's worse is that they take no responsibility for their mess ups. They try and blame the customer. I'm surprised they haven't killed someone with their negligence.
