  Walked into Oliver Peoples because I’d broken a nose pad on the glasses I was wearing, and they fixed it for me on the spot, for free. They even replaced both nose pads instead of just the broken one. What made it especially great is that the glasses weren’t even from Oliver Peoples to begin with, they helped me anyway, no questions asked. Awesome service and genuinely kind staff. Highly recommend stopping in.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Oliver Peoples location, and it’s all thanks to Sonali (Sakena). She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly a joy to work with. Sonali took the time to carefully listen to my needs and helped me navigate the nuances of finding the perfect Oliver Peoples frames and figuring out my prescription lenses. Her professionalism is top-notch, but what really stood out was how thoughtful she was throughout the entire process right down to the careful frame adjustments to ensure they fit flawlessly. If you want someone who genuinely cares about getting you the right look and fit, definitely ask for Sonali. Five stars all the way!

  WARNING!! Don't go in with kids or you will get judged negatively. The asian lady working was so stuck up. My son was touching the knobs of the drawers and she kept rolling her eyes. We were so excited to shop there since we travelled from Winnipeg. Ended up feeling unwelcome and left with a sour taste in our mouth. This lady should not be working customer service, Oliver Peoples is losing $ because of her. It's a shame!

  Very happy with the service. Sonali helped me to adjust my glasses and to fix my sunglasses. Definitely recommend!
