  Part of this review is based on the website and this physical store. For the website, it’s brilliant. Always great service, no issues with returns, and the frames/lenses are great. With the strength of my prescription, it makes logical sense to use them for financial reasons. I’ve been using the site for well over a decade. As for the store, my wife were in this location to experiment with some frames as the ones I used to always get are no longer available. Furthermore, the pair I had to return was too small. We went in hoping to try on some frames to get styles figured out to make another purchase from the website when the refund goes thru. I was helped immediately, and the associate found me some frames to try on. When I told her that I was only in to try on frames to do another order, I felt pressured to make a purchase there and then. When my wife and I tried on frames for me another time five or so years earlier, we were left to our own devices, and no pressure. Good customer service means listening to your customer. If no interest to make a purchase that day, accept it. I guess I’ll just have to try ordering another frame with lenses and hope it all works out.

  Thanks to Iraj. I visited the Robson store today and was initially assisted by a customer service representative who wasn't able to resolve my issue and referred me to Iraj Mohammadi. From the moment he looked at the problem, his expertise was obvious—he fixed it instantly without me even having to explain it. I was truly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. Outstanding customer service, and I'm extremely grateful for his help. Thank you, Iraj!

  I heard about Clearly from a colleague and decided to visit their only store on Robson street, because I wanted to try on different frames and receive in-person assistance selecting the right lenses. During my visit, I conveniently had my eyes examined by the eye doctor at the store. Afterward, Iraj patiently answered all of my questions, explained the different frame and lens options, and helped me choose the lenses that best suited my needs. I found Iraj to be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He genuinely values his customers and provides exceptional service. I am very satisfied with my experience and grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Iraj if you are looking for expert advice and outstanding customer service.

  Hello Clearly! Today I made the mistake of accidentally sitting on my prescription glasses! I originally bought my glasses (they are my first set ever) here at clearly so when I made a gravitational mistake I walked down to clearly again to see if the damage was repairable. Mister Iraj helped fix my frames within moments of entering the store and took so much care and support to fix my frames and save me the cost of having to buy new ones! He even cleaned the lenses up! He fixed them so quickly and saved my day and my eyesight since I cannot operate well without my glasses. Iraj was so kind and caring I really appreciated his wonderful disposition. Clearly has always had amazing customer service at this Robson location but a special thanks to Mister Iraj and his magical repair expertise! Thank You Iraj Mohammadi for helping me see clearly again because without my glasses I would not be able to write this review! Bravo!
