I came in to have my glasses adjusted, and Iraj was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and professional, and took the time to make sure my glasses were adjusted properly and felt comfortable. What really stood out to me was how genuinely helpful and attentive he was — he never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It’s not often you come across someone who provides this level of care and professionalism, and Iraj truly deserves recognition for it. The Kitsilano store itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great team. I’ve been coming here for glasses, contact lenses, and eye examinations, and I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the staff. I highly recommend For Eyes by Clearly, and especially Iraj. He is a fantastic representative of the company and a real asset to the team.I hope management recognizes what a great job he is doing! They also have another location on Robson, which is very convenient!

I ordered online and could not see using the glasses they shipped me. I went to this store and got the same frames and lenses and was able to see perfectly thanks to the measurements they took. Save yourself the time and just purchase from the store and not online.
