  Loraine one of their staff helped me and gave all what I needed to know and offered all the promotions and what's best for my needs! She showed me the gym and the gym is clean, the equipments are great, massage chairs, tanning etc. Overall the staff and the whole gym is worthy! You will have fun here!

  Zumba classes with Kane are awesome! He brings himself fully into every class. An ever present smile, genuine caring and gentle soul, on top of professional and vibrant dancing is how Kane shows up. His energy flows and infuses all participants, no matter their fitness level. Music is uplifting and fun, makes you vibrate with energy and good vibe for hours after the class is over. He is the sole reason I stay in Downtown for his 5pm classes on Fridays after work, even on long weekends!!!! Facilities at the gym could see improvement and I would mark them 5/10: - cleanliness is poor - washrooms take forever to be fixed when out of order (toilets and shower stalls) - instructors walking into Kane’s class in the middle of it in order to grab equipment is very disrespectful

  I’ve been a member since 1988! I like the hours & I especially like my class instructors like my long-time Zumba instructor Kane Herald. He has great music & choreography. Kane is very kind & welcoming. He is a skillful Zumba instructor. Love dancing with him & the others in his class. Lots of fun!

  I love fitness world on Georgia; the staff and trainers are excellent. However, I'm in a mobility scooter and often cannot access the gym. Today they couldn't find the elevator fob, last week I was able to enter but unable to leave since a staff member took the fob with them on their break. This has happened many times! I don't think you would like me to make a human rights complaint but I am thinking of it since, as a disabled person, I am often denide access to the gym that I'm paying for.

  I had a very bad experience at this gym when it came to cancelling my membership. I signed up only 2 weeks ago and wasn’t even given a tour of the gym by the staff member signing me up, she told me to walk around myself and see it for myself. I understand the gym can be busy but this isn’t great customer service. When I went to cancel I noticed that there were 3 payments I was still liable to pay, of which I feel these payments were not explained clearly to me upon signing up. Be wary of this if you are considering signing up for this gym. Overall was very dissatisfied with my experience of what is a nice gym on the inside.
