  I have been very concerned about the mold on the air conditioning ductwork. I took a photo because it was clearly visible. Poor air quality can contribute to respiratory issues, especially for people with allergies, asthma, or other breathing conditions. A fitness facility should prioritize clean air and proper HVAC maintenance to provide a safe environment for its members. I hope management takes this seriously, inspects the ventilation system, and addresses the issue as soon as possible

  Black mold at the air tube. Please take care of the gym, Im a client for 3 years now and I returned again and the mold still there I have noticed visible mold in the air vents at this facility, which raises serious health and safety concerns for everyone training here. I expect this issue to be addressed and resolved professionally as soon as possible

  The problem with mold has been reported several times, I have a lot of difficulty breathing in the gym. This situation is very bad.

  El primer gimnasio que me inscribí después de su reapertura post covid, cada vez que regreso a vancouver me inscribo en este gimnasio y lo volvería a hacer. No les doy 5 estrellas por que: -Me cobraron anualidad solo por tres meses de uso y nunca lo mencionaron aun cuando mencione que era temporal. -Me quisieron vender un servicio de asesorías de entrenamiento y de repente sentí que empujaron mucho para la venta.

  Apathetic at best, at worst pushy, and unhelpful staff who are only looking to chat to each other or get commission on personal training. They trick you into paying an extra month in advance despite that not being on any of the marketing. To take medical leave, they still charge half rates during your absence. The manager leers at the women and is even ruder when he is asked to leave the office to try and lean on you to pay their personal training programs after they lure you in with a "free session". The advice from trainers are outdated and dangerous (told me to do thumbs down side lateral dumbbell raises, are they trying to cause an injury??) The place is hot and stinky and many of the machines are broken or poorly maintained. Trainers kick you out of the classroom despite not having the room booked on the schedule. Once a month they blast the entrance with a loud DJ making it unbearable to workout on the main floor. Don't waste your time here.
