  I have complete confidence in Connect Hearing. Ellie’s professional and friendly personality made me comfortable during the process of testing and the fitting of my hearing aids. She even called me at home a couple of weeks later to be sure everything was going well and to see if I hade any concerns. I will definitely refer any friend or family member who may be thinking of getting hearing aids.

  Great experience! Lots of information given in timely manner so I could take it all in, Love the product, hearing things I was missing before and didn't know it. They were able tweak them to cancel out some background noise and I can hear much better now. Great product and great service. I can call any time to get them tweaked some more!

  We received a letter of the Hastings Vancouver clinic were to relocate here. The former location provided excellent professional service by Elizabeth W. Fast forward, my dad had to dropby regarding his hearing aid. The issue was dealt with promptly & cleaning supplies given. Great pro aftercare provided by the friendly staff here. Thank you.
