  Today was my first day at this gym, and honestly, it might also be my last. The location is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, the women’s change room and washroom were extremely disappointing. The smell was unbearable, and the floors were so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable changing my clothes. I left after less than a minute because the environment felt very unhygienic. It’s unfortunate because the gym itself has great potential, but cleanliness should be a basic standard. I really hope management pays more attention to the hygiene of the washrooms and locker rooms, including proper cleaning and air freshening, because the current situation is very difficult to tolerate.

  Sogol, my personal trainer, was amazing- not only did she instruct me well, but she also motivated me to the point where I became motivated to stay consistent. In the end, I didn’t even realize how much fun I was having with her. Highly recommended!

  Great service! They always welcome you with a smile. Its also so nice that the staff take the time to remember everyone's name. The gym is very tidy and organized and the equipment is always in good repair. Only downside is the variety of machines is limited but they have everything you'd need for exercise purposes.
