The service was disappointing from the start, and the receptionist’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they were aggressive, dismissive, and spoke to members with a level of disrespect that was completely unacceptable. The membership policies feel unnecessarily complicated and designed to trap people into long contracts. Trying to cancel becomes stressful, with constant reminders about fees and policies rather than any genuine effort to provide good customer care.

I go 3-4 times a week and there are different types of lessons (regular reformer, stretching, stabilizing, cardio, etc.) at different levels. It was a life changer - for the first time in my life my abs are visible and I don’t feel pain in my hip and knees after a 10k run! The manager Elis is very helpful, Anh is the best Pilates instructor I ever had I would travel 30 mins just for her classes, and Juan is super sweet and friendly and helpful as the front desk! Highly recommended!!!
