- VVVivian (viv)May 4, 20265.0amazing front desk especially Julia, love to see her smile everytime i’m there. every instructor has been incredibly professional yet friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. i love the little differences in how they teach and interact with us. been here for almost a year and i feel so amazing. these classes have helped with my lower spine pain, posture, core strength!!, and most of all my confidence and inner peace. it’s hard not to feel present in your body when that’s what the main focus is during the classes and that’s what i love the most. special thank u to the owner Olga who also teaches as well. she gave such a good first impression and always has till this day.

It's very convenient to use yet flexible to change. It was a bit difficult for me to understand the instructions due to accent of language. But eventually I found the class we without this problem for me. Highly recommended to join the club.
