If there’s no intention to accommodate, asking for an explanation is unnecessary and comes across as rude; especially when dealing with a senior patient. This is a paid service, not a favor.

I had the pleasure of working with Sujin Chung, a registered audiologist, who was incredibly pleasant and engaging. She took the time to explain every step of the exam process -- before, during, and after the testing -- and answered all of my questions with clarity. I felt completely informed and well cared for. I will definitely go back!.

The receptionist lady is helpful and welcoming. Dr Sujin Chung is professional, very friendly, patient and calm, everything was explained clearly. Am glad I don't need any hearing aid at the moment, but I would highly recommend Dr Chung / Amplifon Arbutus.
