  I absolutely recommend them! They really went above and beyond in taking care of my 90-year-old mother. Instead of pushing her to buy a $10,000 new hearing aid, they were able to repair her current one. She couldn't be happier.

  Terrible, terrible experience. I booked two months in advance. Took a day off work and drove from Kitimat . Upon arrival there was no appointment on file and zero effort to help find a solution. If you must book an appointment, be sure to get the receptionist name date and time, so someone can be held accountable.

  Absolutely love everything about them. Front counter support staff and audiologist are the best I've ever dealt with. In 35 plus years with hearing issues, I have always dreaded the appointments. This location changed that for me. Thank you for being so caring, understanding and, never making me feel less then for having a disability. Highly recommend for sure!
