STRONG Pilates Surrey

STRONG Pilates Surrey is a high-energy studio combining Pilates-inspired strength training with bursts of cardio for a full-body, low-impact workout. Our classes use Rowformers and Bikeformers — equipment exclusive to STRONG — to blend controlled resistance work with rowing or cycling intervals that elevate your heart rate and keep the intensity high. The result is a dynamic training experience that builds core strength, improves endurance, and sculpts lean, powerful muscles. Our studio also features a dedicated recovery room with a sauna and cold plunges to support muscle recovery, circulation, and a full post-training reset. After every session, members are offered cold eucalyptus towels to cool down and refresh before heading out.
