Dr. Verdi was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The Eye technician was also very friendly and helpful during the pre-exam process, making everything smooth and comfortable. Chris and Wayvee were incredibly patient while teaching me how to properly put in and remove my contact lenses, especially since it was my first time learning. I really appreciated how kind, supportive, and encouraging they were throughout the process. What stood out the most was how welcoming the entire team made me feel. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything, and the service felt genuinely caring from start to finish. Despite showing me a variety of styles including more expensive popular brands, they did not push those choices–I ended up choosing the cheaper options and with the 50% off sale, the glasses and sunglasses came in under $300. When picking up my glasses, staff quickly made some final adjustments and I was on my way in under ten minutes.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
