The staff went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were perfect. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the sales reps name. Please pass on my gratitude to the staff for me. Thank you.

Sometimes the staff leaves early and are closed by 4:30pm like today Wednesday and the doors were locked in the middle of the day last Saturday the staff had to unlock the doors. They also don’t answer their phones and don’t return messages. Please have staff available during store hours that you post.

At pick up she was not there and my husband wanted to get his pair but the service was not the same from this lady. Found out what day Avneet will be there next and will be going back that day. But I also want to mention that the 2 for one deal is amazing. and the Doctor who did my exam was also very supportive. The glass mirror needs to be fixed accordingly but that is on corporate to fix.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
