Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

I had an eye exam yesterday and it was great dealing with the doctor,she was very helpful professional and informative. But afterwards I felt upset.I'm a low income senior w and I asked for progressives w no lines cuz I get dizzy from the lines.I had provisional insurance and I asked them to let me know which ones I could pick out without extra costs. The salesperson showed me a section so I picked out a pair.Thrre was supposed to be no extra cost to me out of pocket. But then she comes back and shows me a sheet w 3 sets of lenses 2 w lines 1 without lines.I pick the one without. She goes back to some other salespeople and then says I have to have the lined lenses.i was dumbfounded. I ask her what the extra cost would be then she didn't answer then says it's the only one I could have. I said I would go to another place she walks up to me without saying anything and hands me my prescription. In my opinion rude and deceptive prices and I felt like I did not matter to the salesperson I left without my glasses which I wanted.very very disappointed!!!!

Absolutely unbelievable level of unprofessionalism.
I made an appointment in advance, showed up on time, and was then told that I supposedly never had an appointment. Apparently, their appointment system is either completely unreliable or someone simply failed to do their job.
The most ridiculous part? Instead of admitting the mistake and trying to fix it, they refused to take any responsibility and actually argued with me. I was even told that what I was doing was “making the situation worse.”
Let me get this straight: YOU make the mistake, YOU fail to properly manage the appointment, YOU refuse to acknowledge it, and somehow the CUSTOMER is the one “making things worse” by complaining?
What an interesting approach to customer service.
Mistakes happen. That’s understandable. What’s not understandable is refusing to admit a mistake, arguing with the customer, and then acting like the customer is the problem.
If this is how this business handles a simple appointment, I honestly don’t want to imagine how they handle bigger problems.
Extremely unprofessional, extremely amateur, and an absolute failure in customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a business that actually respects its customers’ time.

Brought my glasses after 2 days of buying under warranty needed to be fixed they said $50 coz it’s no covered !! I went to a different location they fixed it right away for free under warranty!
