  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Save-On-Foods Pharmacy on 88 Avenue and Nordel Way. Shortly after I was discharged from the hospital following surgery, my husband went to the pharmacy before 6:30 p.m. to pick up my prescription for pain medication. The prescription contained only two medications, yet the pharmacist refused to fill it, stating they could not issue it because the store closes at 8:00 p.m. As a patient who had just undergone surgery, I was in significant pain and urgently needed my medication. Instead of showing compassion or making an effort to help, we were simply turned away without any consideration of the circumstances. I understand that pharmacies have policies and workflows, but patient care should come first, especially in situations involving someone who has just been discharged from the hospital. The lack of empathy and professionalism we experienced was deeply disappointing. I hope management reviews this incident and ensures staff are better equipped to handle urgent situations with the care and compassion.

  This pharmacy and its staff are awesome!!! My husband over the last 2 years has been put on 8 different medication for his heart problem, Sandeep has helped us through each one and gotten us on all meds coming due at same time.. he phones our cardiologist when in any doubt! Sandeep, especially, and all the staff help us so much, way above and beyond what you would expect. A million thanks, Sandeep😊😊

  I just want to complain that the staff in your bakery is so rude , we feel embarrassed and they have no patience, we suffer a lot, we just want to buy the cake and the girl dont have any sense how to deal with customer. On 23 july , near about 7.30
