I bought a brand-new pair of eyeglasses, and after two months, the lenses have scratches even with the scratch-resistant protection included. Some small bubbles have also started forming inside. They refused to replace my lenses and blamed me for not purchasing their warranty. I suspect they used low-quality lenses because I didn’t buy the warranty, so I’ll return and buy new lenses, along with the warranty.

Agrima was very helpful and patient with me and my wife while we were choosing our prescription glasses. She answered all of our questions clearly and took the time to help us find the best glasses that fit both of us perfectly. We really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Agrima, for making the experience easy and enjoyable!

Terrible staff and customer service. They are not helpful at all. I was informed about a certain offer but after spending 30 mins to decide what to buy, I was informed there was a mistake and offer doensot apply. To my surprise, I was told it's up to me to decide whether to purchase or not. As I already spent so much time, I decided to go ahead and purchases the glasses. When I went to pick up, I had a doubt the glasses were wrongly made with prescription. I asked to staff to verify before collecting my glasses. The staff member said there is no prescription for the glasses. After few weeks as I continue to feel discomfort, I went back to verify with them once again and as expected I was told that there has been a mistake from their end. Without any empathy, I was just asked to return the glasses and I would get a replacement. Then the staff added that I have to manage without glasses and it's not their problem that I no longer have my old glasses. When I received the replacement pair, the arm of the frame came off after 2-3 days. I had to go to the store again and again I was told these kind of issues are normal and they will fix it for me. They fixed it. Total 4 times visit to the store for glasses I paid extra and to talk to such bad customer reps. Disappointed. I got a response that I can raise my concerns through customer care form. It has been a month I have not heard back from them. Do mention in care form that responses will be given in 5 days when you donot abide by it.

The optometrist was very helpful in selecting my frames for me and the progressive lens’s that I chose , also very informative make model and sizes.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
