  Great gym with a clean facility, solid equipment selection, and a really good atmosphere. Staff are friendly especially Arsh, and the gym is well maintained even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better places to train in the area!

  If google has 10 stars rating I would definitely give 10. 5/5 for the gym, and 5 more stars for the man Arsh! He is the man to go to if you have any questions about anything. He definitely knows his stuff, and he delivers beyond excellent customer service! Make you happier than at a casino! Everything went super smoothly thanks to him. The gym itself is great too. Got everything you need to work out for your goal. Excellent facility, outstanding staff. This is simply the best gym I've ever been to!

  I have been coming to the Semiahmoo branch for 5 years and couldn’t recommend it more. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Arsh has resolved all my problems from personal training to membership freezes.

  I have been going to this gym for over a year and overall my experience had been positive until repeated interactions with one staff member. There is an employee named Mike who usually works mornings to early afternoons. Over the past year, he has approached me multiple times in a rude and confrontational manner. He has repeatedly told me to put weights away mid set, often interrupting my workout and speaking in a disrespectful tone. To avoid these interactions, I even adjusted my schedule to work out in the evenings. Despite that, the issue continued. For context, I make an effort to clean up after myself. I wipe machines and return weights whenever possible. Like most gyms, there are often plates already left on the floor by others, and I do my best to organize what I can. On April 21 at around 3 PM, while I was using the leg press, he approached me again and spoke to me rudely about putting plates away even though I was still in the middle of my set. I had already been organizing some of the weights, but space was limited and the area was already cluttered beforehand. What was most concerning was feeling singled out, as many others do not receive the same treatment despite similar situations. I brought this up to the manager and during that conversation, the same employee entered in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. At that point, I decided to cancel my membership. I go to the gym to focus, de stress, and improve myself. I do not expect to feel targeted or uncomfortable in that environment. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s behavior led to this decision.
