Dr. Dang was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative during my first eye examination. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. The examination was thorough and professionally conducted. Highly recommended!

She was rough in the way she spoke and seemed impatient during the appointment. She did not attempt to examine my mom’s eyes and refused to provide the eye exam due to my mom’s blood sugar levels. After learning that my mom’s blood sugar level was 7.4, she told us to come back when the levels were lower instead of trying to conduct the examination or offering any alternative support. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. We went to another optometrist the next day, explained my mom’s diabetes and blood sugar levels, and they were able to successfully complete her eye exam without any issues. Overall, the experience with Dr. Gafur felt rude and dismissive, which was disappointing compared to the positive interaction we had with the front desk staff.
