  I have not been back to the gym for over a year. Wow to my surprised what an upgrade in the ladies section. In the past you cannot complete your full body weight training. Now you got all your cardiovascular training, free weight, bar weights, kettlebell. Circuit training machine, Power cage/squad rack, cable machine, leg press a couple different types, and much more. I really enjoy coming back to my gym routine.

  I could not speak higher of this specific location. I go to a club16 in Vancouver and I wish the staff were like they are here in white rock! I have been trying to get my mum back to the gym for years, I could barely convince her to come inside. Less than ten minutes inside she loved it, from the front desk to her new personal trainer and the manager, I appreciate so much how encouraging and patient you were, kindest team we have ever met!! Thank you so much.
