  Wonderful staff. Great equipments. Love She Fit exclusively for women. Love my trainer. Visiting surrey for three months from Florida. Not a big fan of members slamming the weights on the ground. I hope the facility would discourage that behavior since people like me are sensitive to loud noises and others who would suffer from PTSD.

  Worst gym I’ve ever experienced. The management seems more interested in taking customers’ money than providing good service. They don’t stand by their promises or their own policies. The manager on duty was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, with no interest in resolving the issue. Overall, the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and respect. At the time of joining it was not told . Customers should be informed nobody in this real world reads a contract

  all the basics but for the price worth the money. conveniently located with lots of parking.

  Love the new layout of the gym and the staff is very friendly and always helpful with any questions you may have. Always greeted with a smile, even through my gloomy days (needed to workout the stresses out). Clean facility but does get busy during peak hours of course.

  Its a real shame they got rid of the calf extension machine. I aint gonna use the decline bench. If I could give this 0 starts I would.
