- BJBita Jamalpour4 days ago2.0The studio is clean, well-equipped, and organized. However, I did not find the instructors approachable or the environment welcoming. My biggest concern was the lack of basic support for someone new to Pilates. A few minutes of individual guidance would have made a big difference, but this was rarely offered, and questions did not seem welcome. I asked to cancel after my first class, but the studio would not refund me or release me from the three-month contract without a penalty. I completed the three months, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

Elan and Lori are my favourite instructors, their classes are consistently challenging (in the best way), and I always leave with that “good sore” feeling. I really appreciate how they offer modifications for every level, so you can adjust based on your body, injuries, or even just how you’re feeling that day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a supportive and effective workout.
