  Great clinic. Karl, at the Guildford office, was very helpful with information regarding my tinnitus as well as informing me of how hearing loss happens and progresses. Friendly staff at the front desk. Nice, quiet, no pressure office. I felt very comfortable and my inquiries were clearly heard, analyzed and explained. Thank you Karl!

  I have nothing but good remarks to say about Timothy Wilbee and his staff at Amplifon on 101Ave, Surrey BC. They were professional, courteous and willing to please me all the time I've attended the clinic. Had it not been for all the help I was given at Amplifon I would probably still be deaf with two defective hearing aids. I wish I could give Timothy Wilbee 10 stars instead of 5 stars for all his care and assistance. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend Amplifon to anyone needing help. Thank you!

  Amplifon only cares about advertisement trying to get old people to make appointments..... Father passed away, for past 2 years I keep getting mailings, to make him an appointment. I have called the number several times, saying please stop mailing take him off the list, I have sent the mailings back (paid for my own postage) telling them to stop mailing because he is no longer here. I have actually gone into the Surrey branch by Guildford, told them, she says its central mailing but would take care of it. Well I got another one again, really.... lets keep putting salt to the wound. I told them to stop, well I am done being nice, trying to get them to stop. Everytime I get a letter now, I will post negative. If you can't control your mailing and insist on barating grieving families. I wouldn't use them as once someone dies, they keep reminding you.
