He is very knowledgeable about hearing aids, and really takes the time to explain all the various options. There is no high pressure sales pitch; instead, I felt like he really just wanted to make sure the customer receives the right product. He helped a family member with hearing aids, and even let him try different ones to really ensure that he was comfortable with the one he chose. I was very impressed with Inder’s top notch service, and appreciated the time he spent with us.
