  This store isn't the right one for you if you require good quality, the best technology, and after-sales service. If you really need it, pick the lowest price in the store; the quality should be the same.

  My glasses broke less than a year after I purchased them, and while Specsavers advertises free repairs, actually getting that service has been extremely frustrating. I went to the Richmond location on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. specifically to have my glasses repaired. Their website clearly states that the store is open on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, the store was completely closed when I arrived. What makes this even more frustrating is that the sign on the door also lists Sunday hours as 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I have photos showing the posted hours and the store closed at 12:30 p.m. If you advertise free repairs and specific Sunday opening hours, customers should be able to rely on that information. Having to make a trip to the store only to find it closed during its advertised hours is very disappointing. Update Oct 13, 2026 I returned to the store on a weeknight, I was helped by James, who provided very good and professional service. Did not hesitate to replace my glasses at no cost under the guarantee. I decided to go with a better quality frame and I was allowed to just pay the difference for the upgrade. I’m waiting to pick them up. The manager also reached out directly to me to make sure things were made right. While they failed to provide the service I needed that Sunday, I appreciate that they acknowledged the issue and were able to turn a frustrating experience into a much better one! I will return as a customer

  Dr Darshan S.Matharu is very good doctor .he is cooperative, hard working,professional .he check my eyes for prescription more than 3 times without extra charges to give me proper number because I have typical cylindrical number . i appreciation his work and efforts 👌 staff is also nice I definitely recommended people 👍 peace of mind what that you get .after sales is amazing they resolve your problems related to your eyes or glasses .

  This location has helped me the last 2 years I have gotten glasses. They are thorough, patience, and have a lovely balance of professionalism and warmth. I actually live closer to several other locations, but am very loyal to the Terra Nova location because their service and delivery is top notch. They help when it is needed, but also will give space and time to try on as many frames as the customer needs. I cannot fully express my gratitude for their guidance. Especially the help from James, who has managed to finds me frames I have loved in both of my experiences. But every member of the team is awesome! They do not try to upsell. If you mention something about your life, they will suggest an appropriate option, and if you ask about something you've seen or heard about, they will ask you a relevant lifestyle question and explain why you may not want to invest in something you don't actually require. That may make for a lower sale that day, but you know when you are working with them that they want happy repeat customers who can shop with confidence, not just make a quick buck. I appreciate this approach, as well as having the reasoning for features explained, including the ones that are included at no additional cost. This is an amazing team, and I simply cannot say enough good things about them.
