She was not pushy at all but was incredibly qualified and helpful. She processed my insurance so that I only paid my portion of two progressive pairs with various upgrades, in the $300s total. I definitely will cross town to work with her again. I receive my glasses in about 2 weeks. This Ironwood, Richmond staff member really is a treasure!

My husband got new glasses, and he had some issues with the frames, and Avina kindly went above and beyond to fix the issue. Her technical skills as an optician is top notch. She expertly handles the glasses with utmost care, helping until a solution is found, and offers practical advice on their care. Very grateful to Avina! We also saw Dr. Panaich, the optometrist, who meticulously checked our eyes and patiently and kindly answered all our questions. We will go back because of them.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
