- CGChantal GuillemetteSep 30, 20265.0I was very pleased with my experience at the eye clinic. The front desk staff were very helpful, polite, and welcoming. I was also very happy with Dr. Zahra, the optometrist. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the clinic.
- SMsara milesSep 25, 20265.0Really kind, professional and informed staff
- EEElla ESep 23, 20265.0Excelent experience! Easy eye exam, helpful staff. The only thing that takes time is choosing a frame, because there are so many beautiful ones! 😊
- AHariana habibiSep 12, 20265.0Had a great experience at this location, the young lady working was very informative.
- MFMohammad FarhanSep 6, 20262.0Had a really frustrating experience at Specsavers Ironwood today. I went in to pick up my wife’s glasses and ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes even when glasses were ready, there was literally no one else in the store. Alisa was at the front, but I wasn’t given any explanation for the wait. I eventually asked the other gentleman working there what was taking so long, and he helped me out and got everything sorted in about 2 minutes. I understand things can get busy, but leaving someone waiting for 30+ minutes when there are no other customers, without even explaining the delay, is just poor customer service. The other associate was helpful and resolved it almost immediately, which made the whole situation somewhat better. Honestly, the whole interaction gave me the impression that Alisa was more focused on simply being there for the income than actually caring about the outcome or the customer experience.
