I can't express much gratitude to Sadia who welcomed me with my broken glasses. She couldn't help me on the spot but she guided me thoroughly through the steps and addresses that could help me to repair my glasses. I am very happy and greatfull that I had a chance to meet her, as my glasses are expensive and repair was impossible on the spot.

Eye doctor Dr. Khangura was amazing—kind, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Sales representative Saadia (#428406) was just as amazing. She has helped us in the past too, which is why I was so happy she was there to assist me again. Saadia is knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate her genuine recommendations with no sales pressure. Everything she suggested felt like it was in my best interest, not hers.
As a Realtor®, I know a thing or two about closing a deal without the hard sell—and this team nailed it. If only every home inspection went this smoothly! I highly recommend Dr. Khangura and Saadia if you're looking for an amazing experience as well.

I went to LensCrafters around 5pm today (Sunday) and honestly the experience was really disappointing. I had seen good reviews for this location, so I didn’t expect this at all. When we walked in, no one greeted us even though the store was pretty empty. There was only one other customer, and I noticed the employee helping him was really nice and attentive, so I thought the service would be good. But when it was my turn and I approached to ask a question, the experience felt completely different. It was my first time using insurance for eyeglasses, so I was just trying to ask if there was a way to check the balance. I didn’t even get to finish my question before the employee dismissed it, and the way she responded made me feel like I was asking something stupid. I’m referring to the employee wearing a headscarf. I was just genuinely confused and trying to understand, not being difficult. I’ve worked in retail before, so I know people ask all kinds of questions and it’s important to be patient and respectful. The difference in how we were treated compared to the other customer was really noticeable, and it honestly made us feel uncomfortable and a bit embarrassed. I’m not sure what caused that difference, but it didn’t feel right, especially since we came in expecting the kind of service reflected in the reviews.
I would really appreciate it if questions could be answered in a more patient and understanding way, especially for first-time customers who are still learning. I might have just misunderstood the tone, but in the moment it felt a little discouraging. I was trying to be polite and just needed some guidance. I hope moving forward all customers can have a consistently welcoming experience, as that’s what I was expecting when we visited. Based on this experience, I would personally rate it very low, and honestly would have given it a 0 if that were an option.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
