  Had a pleasant experience with Connect Hearing. Went in for a hearing test and the audiologist was patient and helpful. The staff were friendly and the waiting time was not long.

  Nicky was very friendly at the reception desk. Makes you felt very welcome. I was address by my name when I walk into the clinic. She was also very helpful with questions I have for her. It seems she is new at this clinic. Very friendly and helpful individual. Sherly, the audiologist, was very helpful, she asked all the right questions which help my hearing issue. I have brought a pair of Hearing Aid months ago prior to Sherly's arrival. It was not calibrating correctly. Sherly has a lot of patience with all my questions and re-calibrate the Hearing Aids by have my hearing re-tested. Then she took the time to recalibrate the pair hearing aid and re-test them again with me wearing them on with another machine to ensure they are working for me properly. I must say, my hearing now is 100 times better before I went to see her. I must say, Sherly is a passionate professional and knowledgeable in her field of audiologist. Welcome to Richmond. I will highly recommend my friends or anyone in needs of hearing issue to see Sherly.

  Very bad service. Last time we were there in January and they helped us get good service and said if we had problems we could come back. Different story now. Made an appointment. When we got there, they made us wait. And couldn't do a thing for us. They were very rude about it. We will not be going back to that clinic

  Before Christmas I went there and seen a very nice lady ,told her my problem with my hearing aid and she was so helpful and said to me if I needed any molds done to come back when needed. Well I went yesterday and different story will never go there again .yesterday and see
