  Had a great first day at the gym! My training coach (Kai) really listened to my goals and asked thoughtful questions to better understand what I want to achieve, which gives me confidence that my training sessions will be well planned. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to the journey!

  I was considering joining this gym and stopped by to check out the facility and see how the customer service was. As I was about to enter, I witnessed an employee shouting at a customer in front of everyone. It felt very unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The gym itself looked nice, but after seeing that interaction, I decided to leave without even going in.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at Club16 Richmond. I had two unpleasant interactions with an employee named Sayed/Sayeq Iqbal, who was dismissive and unhelpful when I requested assistance with the TV and InBody scan. I was left waiting unnecessarily and was told that I don’t pay my membership for these services, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. Even when I asked for the manager’s email address, the information was written so poorly that it was almost unreadable. I expect better treatment as a paying member.

  The service has been disappointing on multiple occasions, particularly in our interactions with Iqbal. We requested an InBody scan, but despite following up, we were repeatedly asked to wait because he was busy. On another visit, we asked Iqbal to turn on the FIFA match at the start of our workout, but it wasn't turned on until the end of our one-hour session, after the match had already finished. While we understand staff can be busy, these repeated delays negatively impacted our experience. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides the necessary coaching to improve customer service. Also to note, the gym is a great place for workout with lot of workout machines but had this experience with this employee

  IT IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD THAT THIS SHE'S FIT DOES NOT HAVE AC. It gets so hot inside and people hog the fans which makes working out difficult sometimes. It's such a shame that they don't have air conditioning in the she's fit gym at this location.
