  Today I visited the clinic for hearing aids, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were very warm, patient, and made me feel comfortable. What impressed me most was that they didn’t rush to sell me anything. Instead, they took the time to understand my hearing condition and real needs, gave objective advice based on my situation, and honestly told me whether I truly need hearing aids at this time. They put the patient’s interests first instead of focusing on sales, which makes me trust them a lot. If you’re looking for a professional, honest, and trustworthy hearing clinic, I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your professional and caring service!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Amplifon, and I can’t say enough about Winnie. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. She took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable and reassuring. Winnie’s professionalism is outstanding, but it’s her caring nature that truly sets her apart. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Customer service like this is rare, and I left feeling heard, valued, and confident. Thank you, Winnie, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Amplifon to anyone looking for exceptional care.   Winnie is one of the most patient people I have had the pleasure to meet. She takes such great care of my Mom. We are grateful that Winnie is who we get to work with here in Richmond. My Mom is still in awe with how much she had been missing. Thank-you Winnie for helping my Mom get her hearing back and continuing to keep her needs met.

  Winnie Wong, the service provider of my hearing aids, is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helps fixing my aids after my purchase a couple times. She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, in addition to English, even though I speak all three of them. The language skills are definitely a bonus to many seniors with hearing challenges. She has been relocated to Richmond from Vancouver west. The new location is across Richmond Hospital easy to find, with ample parking.
