  Evan has been my audiologist for 20 plus years . I was worried when it became connect hearing .that it would change or become too busy but it didnt . The ladies are nice.evan is the best as far aw I'm concerned

  I made an appointment a week in advance. I have to drive to Prince George for 2 hours to get there. When we do this, we do all our appointments on the same day. Our time is spoken for the entire day. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early as to not put them behind on their schedule and waited patiently for my time. As my turn was up a woman walked in and said, "I don't have an appointment but I need my hearing aids looked at." They put her right through. The tech stuck her head out of the office and asked if I was there, but apparently that didn't matter. I now had to go because by the time I would get in, my next appointment would be late. Yes, I do leave a time buffer for my appointments but there was no consideration. This is not the first time that they have poor time management and this appointment was the straw that broke the camel's back. I have been a customer there for the last 12 years but now I am moving on to a different hearing company.
