- AMAishling Melvin6 days ago5.0The gym has everything you need to work out. The babysitting service is amazing. I have my two girls in there and I get a chance to work out and use the massage chairs a few times a week.

Armita is a great trainer—she is patient, friendly, and explains the exercises very well. She always takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. I’m very happy with my experience with Armita and would definitely recommend her.

The facility is always so clean and organized well. The variety offered with classes are great. The ladies in child minding make my kids feel safe and are so kind to them. PT experience with Mina has been exceptional, the progress I've been going through with her help has been life changing. Can't recommend this gym enough!
