The facilities are well equipped and the class variety is good, but the customer service and human quality leave a lot to be desired. When you’re signing up, they promise you the world, but once you’ve signed the contract, suddenly no one can help you with anything. From the staff to the manager, they tend to take a hands‑off attitude toward any issue, showing little to no interest in what you need, solution for everything "send an email". Regarding human quality, I remember a class where a girl fainted, and the instructor seemed more concerned about the firefighters taking her away quickly because it was delaying the class. She even asked them to take her outside so the class wouldn’t be interrupted. Meanwhile, no one from the gym staff checked on her not even to accompany her or pretend to care.
