  My experience with the staff and specialists at Connect have been excellent throughout the entire procedure. The testing, fitting, explanation of use and service has made the entire event stress free and have made the transition as smooth as I could ever imagine. Even when I have dropped in unannounced they have on each occasion always handled my questions or requests for additional supplies with complete professionalism. For some people hearing aids may be somewhat stressful. The Connect staff have proven themselves to be highly competent, efficient and have gone out of their way to look after me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you or a family member is hesitant or reluctant pay a visit to Connect....You will be happy you did.

  The staff here are just incredible. They are very patient with my dad and other customers. They go above and beyond for everyone. I really appreciate all the help.

  Fine, and they made feel like there is no shame in hearing loss that it is a normal process as you get older.

  service has gone down they blame covid but not a great excuse as soon as i didn’t want to buy new aids was quickly escorted out and not even asked if i needed any supplies very poor

  After a hearing test I was advised if the best hearing aide option for me. I had a 3 week test trial to learn if the hearing device offered was the right one for me. There was no sales pressure from staff which I appreciated. The cost of my aides were less than I anticipated. I am enjoying being able to understand what conversations are swirling around me with the background noises muted as much as possible. The direct sound accessed from the TV is amazing. TV doesn't need to be blasting to hear every word.
