Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Jason was extremely helpful with my drop-In today. He gave me all the advice I needed for best fit and pricing. I ordered two pairs of glasses and afterward he repaired and refurbished my backup glasses (for no charge) which were badly bent and missing a screw. He even used the sonic cleaning device to restore the lenses and I left the spec savers feeling extremely happy with his service. Thank you Jason!

this store is great and the staffs were very kind however I give this place low rating because of how late I got my glasses and how they were making a lot of mistakes with the new system? I went there almost two months ago and I still haven't got my glasses yet because first they put it in the system wrong my glasses were supposed to be ultra thinning but they put it in the system just extra thinning and when I got the glasses we all knew there was something wrong with it because the lenses were too thick and mind you when I got it I already had to wait another week because they haven't arrived at the store yet so they charge me half the price of ultra thinning because they made a mistake which I am very grateful however i had to wait far more than I was expecting to get my glasses because after a week the day of my fitting appointment I went to the store and they said again it still havent arrived yet and I was pretty upset because I do live in Oliver and I have to drive 30 min to get to the store, wasting gas money just to hear that they haven't arrived yet, they could have called me to let me know that it hadn't arrived yet but they just decided not to because I don't know so in the store I rescheduled an fitting appointment and another week later the day of the appointment they call me this time and say it still haven't arrived yet at that point I had just gave up, so I just rescheduled a fitting appointment again on the phone and few days later or so I go to the store wasting my gas money again just to hear them say it haven't arrived yet, I was very upset and pissed but however I didn't want to be disrespectful so I just tell them to call me when its ready 5 days later they still haven't called me so I call them today to see if its ready and guess what they said, they said yes it is ready for a pick-up. now I understand that im not their priority and im sure they have tons of other customers they have to deal with and I totally get that however if I had a customer that has been waiting for a freaking glasses for almost two months just maybe call them and let them know its ready because how hard is it to dial a number into the phone and just let them know but apparently it is for them again I do not wanna be rude or disrespectful I just don't recommend this place.
