- MOMitch OstapchukJul 7, 20261.0The audiologist is rude and not helpful at all. I have been to other locations and had an outstanding experience. But this location has proven to be non existent. I can’t see the franchise allowing this person to continue working there. I know aggressive dogs with a warmer attitude. Sad. Went to Qualicum location and Nicole was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Make the right choice. Do not go here. Life is too short.
