  I thought my left ear was clogged with earwax, so I reached out to the clinic. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. She invited me to come in so someone could take a look at my ear. Within minutes of arriving, a friendly gentleman examined my ear and let me know there wasn’t any wax buildup. He also gave me a small bottle of Eargene to help with the itchiness. The entire visit took less than five minutes from the time I walked in, and I was genuinely impressed by how friendly, professional, and helpful everyone was. It’s rare to receive such great service, especially for something so quick. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing ear care. Thank you for the excellent service!

  I am super grateful for Connect Hearing & this location specifically (New Westminster). I had such a great experience with them. I had a sudden, recent experience where 1 of my ears got completely blocked with wax when I was trying to itch my ear and clean it a bit. Despite trying everything myself, for a few days I couldn’t hear much from that ear and it was bothering me a lot with itchiness and muffled clarity. I tried calling many places across greater Vancouver as I was really struggling but most places couldn’t provide me with an appointment for a few weeks, didn’t have ear cleaning, or it was more expensive. Connect Hearing (New Westminster) was able to book me in very quickly within a day or two and their cost was the best out of the greater Vancouver area that I called (I called atleast 10 places.) it was $45 per ear. The receptionist I dealt with was very kind and helpful. The ear specialist I dealt with was a man named Amir and he was very respectful, patient & efficent. He showed me both my ears with a camera before & after. He showed me the wax he took out (it was a lot..) We cleaned both my ears since the other one still was mostly full too and overall I came out hearing way better, feeling way better & only $90 bucks short Thank you for your service & help ! 5 star experience. Parking on sight.

  Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like the reminders for cleaning my hearing aids. I appreciate that I can email or drop in if I have issues. Great people!
